This is probably the blade I've used the most since purchasing. Solid build quality, beautiful steel, wonderful handle. The only area of concern is a very small gap between the bottom of the blade and the start of the tang. I'm not sure if that gap will be a concern over time, but it's been a great knife nonetheless.

Just flexible enough to be more versatile than a yanagiba, skinny enough that it's easy to sharpen and holds edge well. Responds well to ceramic/strop.
